We are so very sorry to hear of Jeff's passing. We are the folks he bought his pugs from and we just adored Jeff. He had such a beautiful spirit, so loving and kind. We were thrilled to know the pups would be with him. It was obvious that he loved them very much. I wish we had known about his passing because we most certainly would have been at the services, but we just got the bad news this evening. You are in our prayers. He will be missed very very much.

Please see that the parents of Jeff English gets this condolence for we just saw that Jeff passed through a source at Indiana Univ. of Pa. Mr. and Mrs. English, My name is Kevin Andres and I am deeply sorry to hear about the passing of Jeff. I was friends with Jeff and we lived on the same floor during our Freshmen year at IUP, Wahr Hall. I also introduced Jeff to 3 of my friends with whom he roomed with in Regency Apartments while I live in a nearby apt. They were Dan Rhodes, Franco Ferraro, and John Bodnar. I received the notice from another friend Gary Minjock who also knew Jeff and on behalf of myself and the rest of the guys we would like to send our deepest sympathy. We had a lot of fun during our short college years with Jeff and even have some pictures somewhere in my archives of us all together. So sorry for your loss. In deepest sympathy, Kevin Andres

Franco Ferraro

Mr. and Mrs. English, My name is Franco Ferraro and am very sorry to hear about Jeff's passing. As Kevin stated on the post before mine, I was friends with Jeff thru IUP. He was one of 3 other roomates in Regency apt,'s #73. We were business majors so we also had a couple classes together. Jeff enlightned my life. He had a good sense of humor and a sharp wit. Yes. just like all the other posts, he was a nice guy and charming but he also had a mischievious side that when he played a practical joke on someone--he made us all laugh. He was serious when he needed to be but fun to be around. After we graduated, I remember the last time I spoke to him. I will cherrish all the memories that Jeff brought us. Please accept our sympathy and know he and your family are in our prayers. God Bless Jeff and your family. Franco Ferraro
