James (Jimmy) Smith age 60 of 2099 Coudersport Pike, Lock Haven passed away October 6, 2015 at the Jersey Shore Hospital.   Jimmy was born on June 29th 1955 in Williamsport, PA

He attended Ebensburg State School from July 1962 until June 1976 at which time he moved to Laurelton Center until May 22, 1997.  In 1997 Jimmy moved into a residential home operated by Community Services Group Inc.  He attended Clinton County Community Connection formally known as Crafts Inc. , Until retiring in 2013.  Jimmy recently celebrated his 60th birthday party with a Halloween theme party.  Jimmy’s favorite time of the year was Halloween and he talked about it and his pumpkins all year long.  He loved his wallets, ties, his hugs and the many friends and extended family that cared and loved him dearly.

Funeral Services for James (Jimmy) Smith will be held on Friday, Oct. 9, 2015 at 11:00 AM in the Yost-Gedon Funeral Home & Cremation Services LLC, 121 W. Main St. Lock Haven, PA. Interment will be in the Dunnstown Cemetery. Family and friends will be received in the funeral home Friday morning one hour prior to the services. #1 favorite patient from Laurelton! I remember taking him up to LockHaven when Laurelton close...saddest day ever! This is my 2nd saddest now. May you rest in peace Jimmy!
