Mary Catharine “Cathy” Deitrich, 79, of Mill Hall, PA passed away March 9th, 2018 at the Williamsport Hospital. She was born in Lock Haven Feb 13th, 1939, to the late Marie F Donovan.

She was married to Robert E. “Speed” Deitrich who preceded her in death Jan 19th, 2015.

Cathy was a graduate of the Immaculate Conception High School and had worked at the Lock Haven Express and WBPZ both of Lock Haven. Cathy and Speed had been very active in the Central PA Street Machines and past members of the Susquehanna Valley Corvette Club. Cathy enjoyed being outside tending to her flower gardens.

Survivors include a daughter, Robin M. (Wendy Snyder) Deitrich of Winfield, PA, two brothers, Joseph P. (Peggy) Rinella Jr. of Montoursville , and Philip S. (Tess) Rinella of Lock Haven and her twin sister, Margaret (Edward) Porter of Mill Hall.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Cathy’s name can be made to the Lupus Foundation 615 Jefferson Ave. Scranton, PA. 18510 or the Clinton County SPCA 33 Mill Hill Rd. Lock Haven, PA. 17745

Oh, Robin I am so sorry to hear of this! I always loved your Mum, I remember all the good times we had on the creek, and the fun outings with everyone! I will always remember her with the calm sweetness she had about her. Love and hugs to all.
