Robert Michael McMaster (Mick), age 68, of 168 S. Jones St. Lock Haven, passed away at home September 4, 2018. He was born in Lock Haven May 22, 1950 to the late Robert J. and Stella S. Severino McMaster.

When Mick was about fourteen years old, his first job was washing dishes at the former Davis Restaurant in Lock Haven. He had attended the St. Agnes Catholic School through the eighth grade graduating from the Lock Haven High School in 1968. He then went on to attend the Lock Haven State College, graduating in 1972 with a major in history. After graduation Mick went to work for the Piper Aircraft, working there well over ten years in the international program as an assistant to Firp Michael having traveled to South America several times. Mick had bartended at the Town Tavern, Dunkles Café, he had served as assistant manager of the Brass Rail Tavern, and most recently had worked at Hanger 9.  In his younger he had played Little League Baseball for the Lock Haven Elks team.   He was a great fan of the Phillies, Eagles Football team and The Rolling Stones. Mick was most happy to see his Eagles finally pull out a 2018 Super Bowl Win.

Survivors include his brother Thomas E. McMaster of Lock Haven; he was preceded in death by a sister Donna Rae Latta, Sept. 5, 2008.

Memorial Services for Robert (Mick) McMaster will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2018 at 10:30 am in the Yost-Gedon Funeral Home & Cremation Services LLC., 121 W. Main St., Lock Haven. Officiating will be Father Joseph Orr of the Holy Spirit Parrish. Family and Friends will be received in the funeral home half an hour prior to the services.
