Please accept our condolences.  Bud was a fantastic athlete.  It was an honor to compete along side him against some of the best teams in Pennsylvania.  As good an athlete that he was, he was an even better person.  He had a big heart and kind soul. I never heard him say an unkind word about anyone.  He gave 100% effort in all he did.  God bless him and keep him.

Bud was a great man.  I will always remember him for who he was as a person.  He was an open minded person who actually tried to do right in the realm of politics.  God Bless his soul and may Buddy and family take solace in knowing many of us will never forget BUD!

Our deepest sympathy to Bud's family, friends and Classmates of 1961.  Bud crossed so many lives and his gentle soul will always be carried in our hearts.  May all of us find comfort and peace in the memories that he has left behind. God Bless Him and his family.

I had the pleasure to work with Bud for seven years. A kind man , and an awesome boss (Commissioner).  I was shocked and saddened to hear of his passing. When I would bake peach pies I always made sure he got one. To his family I send my heartfelt condolences and sympathy. Bud will be misses by so many. May he fly high and RIP. I'm proud I got to know him, work with him and call him my friend.
